Bookings are only accepted by email or by completing the web from. We would advise not booking more events than you can commit to. Traders’ who commit to attending events and then drop out later will run risk of having bookings cancelled without notice (see below)

At the time of booking to trader must provide all relevant information regarding
. Business details
. Details of what they will sell on day
. Conformation having their own gazebo or other set up e.g. Trailer (for outdoor events)
. The size of your gazebo,tralier or another setup
. Any requirements for power (see below re bringing a generator)
. Details of any other requirements the trader will need to trade
Upon receiving notice of an event, we will contact the trader to confirm the booking(s) or to obtain further information usually within 48 hours but may take longer at busy times.
As of 2026 there will be a £10.00 per event non- refundable deposit payable at time of booking to secure your space, please see the section Deposits for more information.
Please be advised that all our venues DO NOT allow petrol generators to be used on site, Diesel generators are accepted. Most other sources of power are accepted but please advise us at time of booking of booking what your power source will be.
Some venues do not provide a source of electricity or have limited access. Please check this with us.
For legal reasons we are not permitted to let you sell items with wording or imagery that may offend, this includes but is not limited to – profanities, sex, or extreme political views- if you are unsure about a product- take a quick photograph and email us.
If you are trading a bar or selling alcoholic beverages, you will need to arrange a TENS to be able to trade. Once licence is issued please send a copy to us by email and please carry a copy on the day of trading.
Once a booking is confirmed the trader is then obliged to inform us immediately of any reason why they cannot attend the event in the future. This will allow us to release the space and contact a suitable replacement on the waiting list.
If a trader fails to inform us of their inability to attend an event though lack of communication on more than 2 occasions, we may remove all further booking without notice.
Please not whilst we do like to offer choice, we do have to limit the number of similar traders which take part due to this we may not be able to offer available space to traders of some popular products .e.g. Wax/candles, bakery items, face painters, or specific .e.g. Avon, body products, Usborne books etc.
From 2026 fees will not be required until 6-8 weeks prior to the event date, this may be sooner in some instances, but we will advise you as soon as possible.
Payment for stalls is payable on receipt of invoices. If you cannot make the payment within 7 days you must advise us, we will allow extra time to make payment.
Approximately 1 week before the event we will send out on the day traders’ information.
We have the right to cancel or change the venue at any time.
We will endeavour to inform traders of any change of venue or cancellation as soon as possible in most cases the reason an event is changed or cancelled is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Should a trader drop out due to change of venue they will not be entitled to a refund.
A £ 10.00 non-refundable deposit will be required from 2026 for all events unless otherwise stated, Deposit will only be refunded if the event is cancelled. Trader who drops out of an event at any time before the event date is not entitled to a refund.
